Focus Coaching is a short commitment (three sessions) to hone in on ONE goal or challenge you as a professional are working on.
Sherry will help you identify the challenges, and find the best plan for conquering the challenge or goal. Imagine in three weeks - putting a check mark next to that big scary goal that you have been grappling with for the last while.

Three 45 minute sessions, which you can choose to do all in 1 week, once per week or even once per month. The frequency is up to you and can be determined based on the goal or challenge you have in mind.
- Investment: $300 + HST
- Receive a $25 discount if you pay for all three sessions up front.

Sherry has over 25 years of experience in the not-for-profit sector. She is a born connector who has a natural talent for developing staff and building mentoring relationships.
Sherry values continuous improvement, professional growth, and succession planning and has been a contributing member of many organizations over the years, including ATRA, ARPA, CTRA, AFP Edmonton, CAGP Alberta North, and AFFRE. Sherry’s passion for mentorship is rooted in the appreciation for the mentorship she has received over the years, as well as the positive experiences she has had mentoring and tutoring others over the years.
